Season 4 Lee sin jungle has a lot changed in rune setting

Mar of Attack Damage x 9

Seal of Armor x 9

Scaling M.Resist x 9

Quiant of Attack Damage x 3

You can set start item whatever you like ( Doran's blade or Hunter's Machete)

Lee sin really needs Stelth Ward or Sightstone to gank lines

Lee sin had better go tank but if your team sucks at game, you can go Ravenous Hydra 

or Last Whisper

Master Q > W > R > E in order

21/9 is mastery for Lee sin Jungle, It really needs offence mastery to gank
