You can choose summoner spell between Smite&Flash and Smite&Ignite
Runes are always different but this is common for gragas jungle
(If you don't think there's some counter of gragas like Amumu)
Gragas Jungle Masteries
21/9 Is most suitable Mastery for Jungle Gragas.
I've been experienced many different masteries but in season 4 patch hit live and I found it is the optimal mastery for gragas jungle
In season3, I started gragas with skill Q because I misunderstood it would be faster than E,
But It changed as season become 4
You master E first because you can invade or avoid some skills
You can clear line or jungle more fast with E
You would be jungling effectively with macete and red potions
If you think your team is more important than yourself, you go Spectral Wraiths
But if you need to sustain and give extra damage, you can take Golems
Rabadon's Deathcap is essential because you are an AP Champion, you can carry game and give massive damage with this item
